Lately Ava has been trying so hard to climb into chairs that are way too big for her, so mommy and daddy bought her her own chair for her birthday. We couldn't wait to give it to her so we let her have it after her party. She absolutely loves it! She even puts her bear in it and other toys then sits in it and just smiles.
She has never even seen Dora the Explorer, but she saw this chair in Target one afternoon and fell in love with it.

Ooooh...you just wait, you'll be singing "backpack backpack, backpack backpack" in no time! It's actually not a bad show. The boys loved it. It teaches the order of things, memory skills, and usually has a moral mixed in. I just couldn't get that damn song out of my head! Why is it they all have to have a song? And not just any song, a song you can't stand, but yet you can't stop singing it in your head once you've heard it!
You just wait...maybe I'll have to do my Auntie duties and send Miss Ava some tapes....
