Kickin' It

Jasen and I were relaxing, about to go to sleep last night, and he finally felt the baby kick! I didn't get to see the reaction on his face because we had just turned the lights out but before I could describe to him what it might feel like she gave him a little thump and then a really good kick that made him say, " Woah, what was that!?" Even though I had been feeling her for weeks, last night was really exciting for both of us.

At five months the baby starts to hear so anytime now she'll be able to hear the music I've been playing for her and the book I've been reading to her everyday.
