Thoughts and Prayers

Thank you to everyone that has been praying for us. We've had a tough week with unexpected ultrasounds, non-stress tests, etc. Baby sis is in fact measuring small and we've been referred to an OB specialist at a different hospital. We will be undergoing more ultrasounds and weekly non-stress tests. If at any time our baby appears to be in distress they will induce me or have to do a c-section. They tell me she did well at her first non-stress test so that's a great thing. At this point we are still told it's all "precaution" and that there are things they need to rule out so there are no surprises later. It doesn't feel like just precaution with everything they have to do so this has been a really difficult time for us. At birth our little one might need some extra care by the hospital staff. She is head down so we will attempt a vaginal birth. If she shows any signs of stress whatsoever we will have to have a c-section because at this point she is considered a high-risk and fragile baby.

She has dropped significantly in my pelvis making things very uncomfortable and she could literally come at any time either on her own or via induction/c-section by the doctor so we've tried to tie all loose ends just in case.
