Tuffy Nose

Thanks to nasal strips I can actually breathe at night now! I checked into them and they are completely safe, contain no medication and actually help with the increased nasal congestion the pregnancy has caused. Ingenious. I still get bloody noses during the winter so maybe these will help with that too...
