Thumbs Up

The thumb sucking is officially back...Sadly, I think Ava thought she did something wrong to cause her thumb to get infected before and maybe was scared to suck it for fear it would happen again. She would talk about the "bo-bo" she had on her thumb all the time so we had many talks with her to help her understand she didn't do anything wrong. I'd rather she suck her thumb for awhile longer if she needs to than be scared, especially for the wrong reason.
