MetroNaps

Apparently there is a new way for expectant moms to catch some zzz's. In a pod. For $14 a session you lay in a cocoon-like contraption, get to put on noise-canceling headphones, listen to music that induces relaxation and take a 20 minute nap. The pod supposedly wakes you with a combination of vibrations and light. They even offer a "facial spritz" and lemon-scented hand towels afterward. So far the pods are only available in New York and Vancouver. Bummer. I was hoping to convince my boss to include one in our new office building. There has to be some research that supports the idea that a nap during the day increases productivity...
